You can remove a care domain from a resident's care plan once it no longer contains any active entries. If the care domain still contains active information, it can't be removed.
⚠️Important: Archiving a form that is linked to a care domain doesn't remove or delete existing care plan entries. Any existing entries must be struck through before the care domain can be removed.
Remove active entries from a care domain
Before you can remove a care domain, strike through every active entry within it, including any entries in its subdomains.
Go to the resident's profile.
Click Care Plan.
From the action drop-down menu, click Evaluate.
Locate the care domain you want to remove.
Expand the care domain by clicking the arrow next to it.
Strike through each active entry within the care domain.
If the care domain contains subdomains, strike through all active entries within the relevant subdomains as well.
Once all entries within the care domain and any associated subdomains have been struck through, the care domain no longer appears in the care plan.
📌Note: A care domain remains available while it contains active information.
View struck-through entries
Struck-through entries may not be visible by default.
Follow these steps to display them:
Open the Evaluate section of the care plan.
Select the Show Care Domain Strikethroughs checkbox.
All entries that have been marked as inactive within the care plan will then be displayed.
