Missed medication alerts are also displayed in the Alerts section of the web application. You can view them there, but you need to action them in the Access Point of Care Mobile App.
⚠️Important: Missed medication alerts can be viewed on the web application, but they can't be cleared or actioned from the web interface.
To action a missed medication alert in the mobile app, follow these steps:
Open the Access Point of Care Mobile app.
Find the relevant medication administration record.
Review the missed medication alert.
Complete the required action within the mobile app.
Once the alert has been appropriately actioned in the mobile app, the alert status will update accordingly.
