Written by Emma Ianson

Access Point of Care sends you a 'New Resident Added' notification when someone adds a new resident in the New Resident Admission app. You'll receive it if you have permission to add or edit residents.

What the notification tells you

The notification is created automatically after a new resident is added. It tells you who added the resident and the resident's name.

When you receive it

You receive the notification straight after a new resident is added.

Who receives it

You receive the notification if you have permission to add or edit residents.

📌Note: If no one with that permission can be found, the notification goes to the person who added the resident.

What the notification looks like

The notification has two parts: A title and a message.

  • Title: 'New Resident Added'.

  • Message: '[Name of person who added the resident] added [resident's first name] [resident's last name] as a new resident.'
