Actions in Access Point of Care are scheduled tasks that form part of planned care. Knowing how actions appear on the home screen helps you see which tasks are complete, due or overdue.
What are actions?
Actions are planned care tasks that must be completed at set times. These can include:
New or review risk assessments.
Assessments linked to care plans.
Custom actions, such as tasks related to GP visits.
Scheduled charts that need to be completed regularly.
Actions on the home screen
The home screen gives an overview of all actions, showing:
Completed actions.
Actions due today.
Upcoming actions.
Actions due within the next two hours.
Overdue actions: actions that are past their scheduled time.
Missed actions: actions that are not completed and have no valid exception recorded.
