If the mobile app loses its internet connection, you’ll see an on‑screen message letting you know you’re offline. You can keep adding data as normal. Anything you add will automatically sync the moment your connection comes back.

Offline sync notifications
When you’re offline, every entry you make displays a pending sync notification. This lets you know the item has been saved locally and will be sent to the server as soon as the app reconnects.
Check your offline sync status
You can check how many items are waiting to sync at any time.
Follow the steps:
Open the menu on the left‑hand side of the app.
Review your offline status. You’ll see:
That you’re currently offline.
The date and time your device last synced.
How many items are waiting in the offline sync queue.
This helps you keep track of what’s stored and ensures nothing’s missed once you’re back online.
