Log in and start work on the mobile app

In this article, we explain how to log in, set your working location, acknowledge messages and reach the home screen on the mobile app.

Before you begin your shift, youโ€™ll need to log in to the mobile app, set your working location, and acknowledge a daily message from management. Once these steps are complete, the app takes you to the home screen where you can access your activities.

Set your working location

After logging in, you'll be prompted to set your working location. Your assigned home is displayed at the top. This selection determines which residents and actions you'll see.

To set your working location, follow these steps:

  1. Tap your working location from the list displayed.

  2. Choose one of the following:

    • Tap All Locations to automatically select all units, displaying residents and actions across the entire home.

    • Tap a specific unit to show residents and actions for that unit only.

  3. Tap Start Work.

Acknowledge the daily message

Before the app takes you to the home screen, youโ€™ll be shown a daily message from management. This message is sent to all staff members logging in that day.

To proceed:

  1. Read the daily message.

  2. Tap I have read & understood.

Once acknowledged, the app automatically directs you to the home screen.
