When the system flags missed actions, you can review and resolve them directly from the mobile app. You have several options for managing each missed action. The system will record how and when each action was resolved.

View missed actions

To view your missed actions, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the missed actions flag.

  2. The system displays your full list of missed actions, including the date and time each action should have been completed.

Resolve a missed action

To manage a missed action, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the action you want to resolve.

  2. Choose one of the available options displayed on screen.

🤓 Tip: For more information, check out our handy table below.

Option

What it does

Assign to another user

Assigns the action to another user, such as a senior, who can record why the action was missed.

Prioritise

Flags the action so all staff can see it and its priority level when they log in to the app.

Start

Allows you to begin the action and add information retrospectively. The system records that the action was initially missed and that the entry was made after the fact.

Mark as completed

Marks the action as completed if it was done but not logged at the scheduled time. A note must be entered explaining why it wasn’t recorded initially.

Mark as not required

Marks the action as not required, for example if the resident was out of the home. A note must be added to evidence this.

Close

Returns to the list of missed actions without resolving the selected action.

Mark an action as not required

To mark a missed action as not required, follow these steps:

  1. Tap Mark not required.

  2. Enter a note explaining why the action wasn't required.

  3. Tap Save & complete.

The action is removed from your missed actions list.

The system records your explanation, stores it in the resident’s profile in the desktop application, and automatically creates a progress note.
