The Access Point of Care mobile app is available on both Android and iOS devices. Depending on your organisation’s device management setup, it may also be deployed using an APK.
To download the mobile app, visit the App Store or Google Play depending on if you've got an Apple or Android device. Follow the on-screen instructions presented to you to complete installation.
Some organisations deploy the app using an APK file.
📌 Note: If your organisation uses APK deployment, your account manager can provide help and supply the required installation package.
Open and sign in to the app
To open the app after installation, follow these steps:
Find the Access Point of Care icon on your device's home screen.
Tap the app icon to open it.
Tap Sign In.
Enter your email address or migrated username when prompted.
Complete any additional authentication steps required by your organisation.
