You can access a resident's summary care plan and personal profile directly from the resident header, allowing you to quickly review key information to support the care you provide.

View the summary care plan
To open a resident’s summary care plan, follow these steps:
From the resident header, tap Summary Care Plan.
Review the list of domains displayed. These match the domains shown in the web application.
Select a domain to view the information recorded within it.
📌 Note: If a domain contains multiple sub‑domains, selecting it displays each sub‑domain so you can review all related information.
View the personal profile
To open the resident’s personal profile, follow these steps:
In the header, tap the arrow next to the resident’s name.
Review the personal profile information, displayed in the same format as in the web application.
