Resident indicators highlight important information about an individual’s condition, helping staff quickly identify risks and understand how best to support the resident. Indicators appear in the resident header and can be expanded to show more detail.

Open the resident’s profile on the mobile app.
To see all indicators, tap See more in the resident header.
Review the information displayed, including:
High‑risk conditions.
Information relating to the resident’s capacity.
Diagnoses.
The colour coding used in the indicators helps you immediately identify priority concerns.
