View and edit a resident's personal profile

Access, view, and edit a resident's personal profile, including resident indicators and configurable profile headers and boxes.

The resident's personal profile shows key information about a resident in clear, easy‑to‑read sections. This guide explains how to access the profile, what you’ll see, and what can be edited or customised (permissions required).


Accessing the Profile

  1. Open Residents from the left menu.

  2. Select a resident.
    Their personal profile will open automatically.


Profile Header

The top of the profile displays important details at a glance:

  • Photo

  • First name, surname, preferred name

  • Resident indicators

  • Date of birth

  • Current location

  • Allergies, diet, special needs, diagnoses

You can also use Print Details to print this information quickly.


Profile Boxes

Below the header, information is shown in boxes. Each box includes:

  • The last updated date

  • Key details related to the box header

Resident indicators also appear in their own dedicated box.


Profile Tabs

Additional resident information is grouped into tabs:

  • Resident Profile – Social overview

  • Resident Hub – Demographics

  • Clinical Information – Main clinical data

  • Progress Notes – Timeline of care

  • Care Plan – Care plan views

  • Forms – Completed and required forms

  • Charts – View/add charts

  • Medication – Medication profile (when released)

  • Actions – Planned care actions

  • Alerts – System alerts


Editing Information

If you have the required permissions, you can edit the information shown in each box.
All edits are fully auditable.


Configuring the Layout

With the correct permissions, you can customise:

  • Box headers

  • The information shown in each box

  • How many boxes appear on screen
