Resident clinical details

An overview of the clinical information available within a resident's profile

The Clinical tab gives you a full view of each resident’s clinical information, including allergies, indicators, health details, alert settings, and chart preferences.


Access resident clinical details

  1. Go to the Residence tab.

  2. Select the resident.

  3. Click the Clinical tab in their profile.


Allergy information

This section lists all allergies recorded for the resident.


Resident indicators

Here you’ll see any active indicators linked to the resident.
If enabled, indicators also appear in:

  • The resident’s personal profile

  • The header bar at the top of their profile


Clinical information

This section displays key health information, including:

  • COVID‑19 status

  • Dietary needs

  • Special needs

  • Additional clinical notes


Baseline health information

This area shows the resident’s baseline measurements and ranges:

  • Usual bowel pattern

  • Height

  • Weight

  • Vital sign ranges

🤓Tip: Target daily fluid intake is typically 1,700–2,000 ml.


Alert preferences

Alert settings allow you to manage:

Baseline Healthy Range Alerts

Trigger when readings fall outside the resident’s set healthy limits.

General Alerts

Trigger for fixed conditions, such as:

  • Temperature above 38°C


Chart preferences

The charts library lists all available charts.
You can activate or deactivate charts based on the resident’s needs.

🤓Tip: Do not activate the bowel chart if the resident is independent with toileting.
