Resident indicators help staff instantly recognise important clinical details about a resident. By knowing how to filter and manage these indicators, you can make sure the most relevant information is easy to find and visible where you need it.

Follow along with our video guide.

View resident indicators

To view resident indicators, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the relevant resident.

  2. Click Clinical.

  3. Click the arrow icon next to Resident Indicators to view or filter them.

Filter groups

There are two filter groups available:

  • Status: Controls which indicators are displayed:

    • All: Shows all indicators enabled for the home.

    • Enabled: Shows indicators that are enabled for the individual.
