After you log in and acknowledge the daily message, the app takes you straight to the home screen. This screen gives you an overview of your activities and provides quick access to the main areas of the app.

Understand your activities
Your activities are grouped into three clear categories so you can easily see what needs your attention:
Missed activities: Activities that were scheduled for today but should already have been completed.
Current activities: Activities that are due at this moment in time.
Upcoming activities: Activities scheduled for the future.
Navigate the app
From the home screen, you can move to key areas of the app using the main navigation options. For more information, check out our handy table:
