The Actions tab shows all actions linked to a specific resident. This article explains how to access the tab and how to search and filter the actions displayed.
Access the Actions Tab
Go to the Residents tab.
Select the resident you want to view.
Click the Actions tab.
This will display all actions for that individual.
Action Categories
Actions are grouped into the following categories:
Missed
Overdue
Current
Upcoming
Completed
These categories help you quickly see what needs attention.
Search and Filter Actions
You can refine the list using:
Keyword search
Show Priority Actions toggle to highlight priority items
Filters for:
Action status
Assigned staff
Scheduled time range
These tools make it easy to find specific actions and manage what needs to be completed.
