Baseline healthy ranges are the normal clinical values expected for an individual resident. Setting these ranges ensures care teams can easily identify when a resident’s results fall outside their usual patterns, helping to spot early signs of deterioration or change. As a resident’s health needs can evolve, these ranges should be reviewed and updated regularly.

Follow along with our video guide.

  1. Click Residents, then click on the relevant resident.

  2. Click Clinical.

  3. Click the arrow icon to the right-hand side of Baseline Health Information to view the current baseline healthy ranges for the individual.

  4. To update the information, click Edit.

  5. Amend the ranges as necessary.

  6. Click Save.
