Create and complete a form

Follow these quick steps to create and complete a form for a resident:

  1. Go to Residents in the left menu.

  2. Select the resident you need.

  3. Open the Forms tab.

  4. Click Create Form (top‑right).

  5. Choose the form you want to complete.

  6. Fill in all required fields.

  7. Add a Next Review Date if needed.

  8. Click Complete.

The form will then appear in the resident’s Forms section with a Completed status.
