You can use the Forms tab to view, manage, and complete forms for each resident. This guide provides an overview of the forms dashboard, completed forms, templates, and review dates.
Access forms
Select the resident.
Click the Forms tab.
Forms dashboard overview
The dashboard shows:
All available form templates
Number of completed forms
Number of unfinished forms
Number of archived forms
Review completed forms
You can view a full record of all forms completed for the resident.
Use the search and filter options to find forms by:
Keyword
Status
Date range
Assessment form type
Open and print forms
Click any completed form to open it.
Use the Print option if a paper copy is needed.
Create forms from templates
You can create new forms using the templates listed.
Completing these forms contributes information to the resident’s care plan.
Form review dates
Each completed form includes a review date.
These dates drive the Actions tab, reminding staff to review forms annually so the care plan remains accurate and up to date.
