The Documentation tab brings together all key resident documents in one place, including progress notes, forms and charts, care plans, handover reports, and policies. This guide gives an overview of each section.


Access the Documentation tab

Click Documentation from the leftโ€‘hand menu.


Progress notes

View progress notes for one or multiple residents. You can set a custom time period for the notes shown.


Forms and charts

Review forms and charts for single or multiple residents. A custom date range can also be applied.


Care plans

Access all active care plans recorded in the system.


Handover reports

View handover reports.

Resident document file share

Scan, upload, and store documents for residents. Use custom tags to make documents easy to find.


Policies and procedures

Store and access all policies and procedures digitally.
