Once you generate a handover sheet, the system opens it automatically. Here, you can review resident information, add notes, and move through each resident one by one.

Handover sheet overview

At the top of the handover sheet, you will see:

  • The time period covered

  • The number of residents included

  • An option to print the handover

Review resident details

Each resident’s details appear at the top of their section. You can add extra handover notes if needed.

⚠️ Important: These additional notes are not saved in the system. They only appear on the printed handover, helping you document that a handover took place and that notes were added.

View notes for the selected period

Below the resident details, you’ll see all notes recorded during the chosen time frame. The system pulls information from:

  • The resident profile

  • Charts

  • Assessment updates

  • Progress notes

Work through the handover

As you complete each resident, you can collapse their section and move on to the next one in the list.

🤓Tip: We have a handy guide on creating handover sheets.
