Access Point of Care Web 1.1.4 delivers three improvements to the Forms & Charts area, restoring export functionality, ensuring staff attribution is recorded correctly in form reports, and resolving a layout issue when reviewing care plans alongside mapped forms.

You can now export form data directly from the Forms & Charts report in Reports & Documentation. When you run an export, Access Point of Care Web generates a single Excel file containing all selected data, organised into separate sheets by form type and version.

Each sheet includes entries from multiple residents, where those residents have completed instances of the same form. Legacy forms and the current version of a form are kept on separate sheets, so you can clearly distinguish between historical and current data.

This export is delivered as a secured .xlsx file. You can export across multiple form types and multiple residents in a single action. This capability extends what was previously available in Care & Clinical, and is available now for both migrated and legacy forms.

The ‘Updated By’ column in the Forms report now correctly shows the name of the staff member who submitted a form via Access Point of Care Web. Previously this column was blank for forms submitted through APOC Web, making it difficult for managers to identify who had recorded form data. This is now consistent regardless of where the form was submitted.

When opening a mapped form from a link within a care plan, the form now opens without obscuring the care plan behind it. Previously the form panel expanded to cover the care plan entirely, making it difficult to cross-reference the care plan content while updating the form. Both panels are now visible at the same time.
