The Residents tab lets you quickly sort and find residents based on different criteria. This guide explains how to filter residents, reorder the list, and switch between different views.

Filter Residents

You can narrow down the resident list using the following filters:

  • Facility – choose from multiple facilities (if you have access).

  • Location – filter by areas within the selected facility.

  • Meds Trolley – show residents linked to a specific trolley.

  • Keyword – search for a resident by name or other details.

Filter by Resident Status

You can also filter residents based on their current status:

  • Active – residents currently in the home

  • Deceased – residents who have passed away

  • Discharged – residents who have left the home

  • Transferred – residents moved to another home in the group

  • Wait Listed – residents not yet admitted

  • Suspended – residents temporarily inactive

Reorder the Resident List

You can change the sort order of the resident list using:

  • Name

  • Room

  • Age

  • Admission date

  • Last updated date
