You can use the Residents tab to filter and sort your resident list. Follow the steps below to get started.
Filter residents by facility
If you have access to more than one facility, you can filter residents by:
Facility name
Locations within the facility
Meds trolleys linked to residents
Filter by resident status
You can filter based on the resident’s status:
Active – currently living in the home
Deceased – residents who have passed away
Discharged – residents who have left the home
Transferred – residents moved to another home in the group
Waitlisted – not yet admitted
Suspended – temporarily inactive
Reorder the resident list
Sort residents by:
Name
Room
Age
Admission date
Last file update
Change the view format
Use the view toggle to switch between list formats.
