The Resident tab in Access Point of Care shows your resident list and key information for each person. Use the steps below to get started.
Open the Resident tab
Open the Access Point of Care app.
Select Resident from the left‑hand menu.
View the resident list
The Resident tab displays all residents in the selected facility.
Make sure you’ve chosen the correct location and medication trolley.
Add a new resident
Click Add Resident to create a new resident record.
Understand resident information
Each resident tile shows:
Resident photo
First name, surname, and preferred name
Date of birth
Resident indicators
Facility and location
Admission date
Last updated date
Active alerts
Overdue actions
