The Resident Details area provides a full view of each resident’s demographic, healthcare, preferences, and contact information.
Access the Resident Profile
Go to the Residence tab.
Select the Resident to open the resident’s profile.
View Resident Demographic Details
Click the Resident tab to see all demographic details. Each icon represents a different section of the resident’s information.
Information Tab
This section includes:
Admission details: initial and last admission dates, dependency level, bed and room number, unique ID
Occupancy details
Name details: title, first name, middle name, surname, preferred name
Resident photo with upload date
Demographic Details
Recorded information includes:
Date of birth
Gender description
Languages spoken
Phone numbers
Addresses
Care funding information
Healthcare Tab
Here you’ll find:
Healthcare provider details
National Insurance number
NHS identifiers
Resident Preferences
Includes:
DNAR status and related comments
Funeral preferences, such as funeral director and notes
Details Prior to Admission
Shows:
Previous admission source (home, care facility, hospital)
Contact information and address prior to admission

Lists:
Primary contact and next of kin, with full contact details
Additional notes such as:
