The resident profile in Access Point of Care gives you detailed demographic, healthcare, preference, and contact information for each resident. This guide explains how to open a resident profile and what information you’ll find in each tab.
1. Access a Resident Profile
Go to the Residence tab on the left menu.
Select Resident.
The resident’s profile will open.
2. Resident Tab
Click the Resident tab to view demographic information.
Each icon represents a different section of the resident’s personal details.
3. Information Tab
This tab includes:
Admission details – first and last admission dates, dependency level, bed/room number, unique ID
Occupancy details
Name details – title, first name, middle name, surname, preferred name
Resident photo and upload date
Demographics – date of birth, gender, languages
Contact details – phone numbers, addresses, funding information
4. Healthcare Tab
Here you can view:
Healthcare provider information
National Insurance number
NHS identifiers
5. Resident Preferences
This section includes:
DNAR status and comments
Funeral preferences, including funeral director details and notes
6. Details Prior to Admission
This area shows:
Where the resident lived or stayed before admission (home, hospital, or other care setting)
Contact details and address prior to admission
7. Contacts Tab
This tab displays:
Primary contact and next of kin details
Contact information, addresses, and notes
Secondary contact, responsible person, power of attorney, GP details, and notes
