Add an announcement on the home screen

Steps to add and update announcements on the home screen in Access Point of Care.

You can add announcements to the home screen to share important messages with your team. This guide explains how to create a new announcement and update an existing one.

Add an announcement

  1. Click Add Announcement.

  2. Choose the announcement type:

    • Message of the Day

    • Shift Summary

  3. If you choose Message of the Day, type your message in the text box.

  4. Click Save Announcement.

Your new Message of the Day will replace the previous one.


Update an existing announcement

  1. Copy the current announcement into the input box.

  2. Add your new information or make changes.

  3. Click Save Announcement.
