Announcements are the first thing staff see when they log into the application, making them an important communication tool for management. This guide explains what announcements include, how they are managed, and where staff can access them.
What announcements display
The home screen shows upโtoโdate announcements, including:
Message of the Day
Date the message was added
Shift information
Date the shift information was added
Managing announcements
Announcements can be managed either by head office or by home management.
Users with the correct permissions can add or update announcements using the Add Announcement button.
Announcements on mobile
Announcements are also visible in the mobile app.
