Progress notes give a chronological record of all information entered for a resident. You can search, filter, reorder, and print notes to quickly find the details you need.
Access progress notes
Open the Point of Care system.
Select the resident you want to view.
Click the Progress Notes tab.
What progress notes include
Progress notes automatically gather entries from:
Charts
Care plan reviews and evaluations
Completed or reviewed assessments
Search and filter notes
You can refine the list to find specific information:
Keyword search β type a word or phrase to locate matching notes
Filters β narrow results by:
Note type
Author
Time range
Order and print notes
Choose how notes are displayed: Newest first or Oldest first.
Use the Print option to print the notes currently shown on the screen.
