You'll find it as a new card in Reports & Documentation, alongside your existing reports.

The report groups each medication into five clear columns — drug name, dose and strength, form, route of administration, and schedule — instead of running everything together as one block of text.

Active medications no longer appear in a discontinued list, and 'as required' medications are now clearly separated from scheduled ones.

Prescriber type now shows correctly on the report instead of a placeholder value.

A new 'Prescription Verified By' section appears on the final page, with space for two nurses to sign and date the record.

To support this, you can now record a Prescriber Type (GP, dentist, nurse prescriber, or your own custom types) when creating or editing a medication order, on the Advanced tab. The Prescriber Type you select is retained correctly whether or not a Prescriber is also chosen.

Administrators can add and remove Prescriber Types from Admin > Drop-Down Menu Settings > Prescriber Types.

Only roles with the new Kardex permission will see the report, so you can set up access for your Ireland teams as needed.

On the Inventory tab, the RX No. and Strength fields no longer overlap, so both are fully visible.

You can now create a care plan for a new resident without the Facility field incorrectly showing as 'Not specified', which previously stopped you from continuing to the next step.

When you add a note to a medication order, it's now saved along with the instructions, so it'll still be there when you reopen the order.

Resident names on the resident page now display correctly as first name and last initial, rather than first initial and part of the last name.

Permission changes made in Admin > Manage Roles now save correctly and take effect straight away.
