Generic alerts are system‑generated alerts that apply to everyone at a location, not just individual residents. This guide explains how to access, filter, and acknowledge these alerts.
Access generic alerts
Open the Alerts tab from the left‑hand menu.
You’ll see all alerts currently flagged for the selected location.
Filter alerts
You can filter alerts by status:
Active Alerts – not yet acknowledged
Acknowledged Alerts – already addressed
All Alerts – both active and acknowledged
Additional filter options include:
Keyword search
Resident
Alert type
Status
Time range
Alert details
Each alert shows:
Priority (how urgent it is)
Alert type
Details, including:
What triggered the alert
Resident baselines
Current observations
Associated resident
Date of the alert
Acknowledge alerts
You can acknowledge alerts directly and view alerts that have already been acknowledged.
