Alerts help you identify when a residentโ€™s recorded data falls outside their baseline healthy range.

Follow along with our video guide.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: Setting baseline healthy ranges and choosing which alerts to flag for each resident is covered in training on the resident profile tab.

Understand alerts

Alerts are displayed in the Alerts tab on the left-hand menu and within the relevant resident's tab.

There are two types of alert:

  • Active alerts: Require attention and have not been acknowledged.

  • Action alerts: Have been flagged and dealt with.

For example, if an individual's baseline healthy target range for fluid intake is between 1,700 and 2,000 millilitres and they receive zero input, an alert is triggered.

View and filter alerts

The Alerts tab shows you alerts across the selected facility and all residents within it.

To view and filter alerts, follow these steps:

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Alerts.

  2. Filter to view all alerts, including both active and dealt-with alerts.

  3. Filter alerts based on care and medication-related alerts.

  4. Search alerts by keyword, alert type, or alert severity.

  5. Adjust parameters for alerts as required.
