Manage and Acknowledge Alerts

Acknowledge an alert, create an action plan, and record it in progress notes.

When an alert is raised in the system, you can acknowledge it and create an action plan to address it. Once submitted, the action plan is automatically added to the resident’s progress notes. This guide explains how to acknowledge and action an alert.

Acknowledge and action an alert

  1. Open the Alerts tab from the left‑hand menu.

  2. Select the alert you want to review.

  3. Click Acknowledge and check the alert details.

  4. Create an action plan that clearly responds to the issue raised.

  5. Click Acknowledge and Action to submit it.

The system will update the alert’s status and automatically save your action plan in the resident’s progress notes.
