Create and edit form categories

Steps to create, edit, and archive form categories in the Access Point of Care template library.

Form categories help you organise different types of forms in your template library. Youโ€™ll need the correct admin permissions to access this area, which are assigned based on individual requirements.


Edit a form category

You can update a category by:

  • Renaming it

  • Changing its colour code

Click a category to view all forms assigned to it, then make your changes.


Archive a form category

You can archive a category as long as none of its forms are linked to active care plans.


Add a new form category

To create a new category:

  1. Choose a colour code.

  2. Click Save.

The new category will appear in your list of categories.


Assign forms to categories

After creating forms, you can assign them to the appropriate category to keep your library organised.
