You can add an ad hoc observation at any time while viewing a resident’s profile. This allows you to update charts and assessments as needed, without waiting for a scheduled action or activity. They feed directly into the relevant chart and automatically create a progress note.
To add an ad hoc observation, follow along with our video guide:
From the resident’s profile, tap Add Observation.
Choose the chart or assessment form you want to update from the library.
Fill in all required fields on the form or assessment, then tap Complete.
Your ad hoc observation will now appear in the relevant chart and automatically create a progress note within the resident’s profile.
