We’re updating how information is stored and accessed as part of the move from Access Care & Clinical to Access Point of Care. Below is an overview of what to expect when working with charts, forms, and historical data after the migration.
Charts and forms in Access Point of Care
Any charts and forms recorded in Access Point of Care will not appear in Access Care & Clinical.
Historical data from Access Care & Clinical
Historical forms and chart notes from Access Care & Clinical will be visible in Access Point of Care, but they will be read‑only.
This is because they were created using the old templates.
Form templates and assessments
We will be migrating existing form templates into Access Point of Care so you can edit and continue using the templates you’ve created.
For assessment forms, the first form completed after migration will need to be created as a new form.
After that first new assessment, future forms can be completed as normal.
